Don’t Let Your Post Election Day be Lost
Hey America, we all have at least one thing in common. Most of us are at a code-red level of stress from the election. It’s felt like we’ve been in a four year long election season that culminated last night in a great big “I don’t know.”
Do what you need to do to feed your own inner peace and mental health today, which is why I say,
Don’t let your day be lost.
If you’re working, focus on your work.
If you need a day of self-care, indulge in it.
If you want to dig in your garden all day or scrub every corner of your home, throw yourself into that.
If you’re a numbers junkie, and you want to analyze every update, dive right in.
But, don’t just zone out and let your day be lost. You won’t feel better for it. That’s good advice for every day of your life.
Be intentional in your choices. Life is rich and has so much to offer you. It’s okay to say no to things, but it’s a loss to let life passively slip by. Pick your strategy for today and stick with it.
